No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation of an ACT Crash Course, prior to that ACT Crash Course. If an ACT Crash Course is cancelled, the liability will be to the customer making the original purchase and will be limited to the cost of the tickets purchased. Booking fees (approximately 3.5% of the total ticket fee) are non-refundable in all scenarios. It is your responsibility to check receipt of your tickets and that you have tickets for the correct ACT Crash Course, date, and time.
